मुस्कान (Smile)

चंद अल्फ़ाज़ों के घेरे में मैं हूँ आज,
ज़िन्दगी की उलझनों से खेल रही हूँ आज |
क्या हो आगे कुछ पता नहीं,
बस आज में जिए जा रही हूँ मैं |

मुस्कान में अपने गम छुपा चली,
पलकों के पीछे आंसू दबा चली |
छलकने ना दूंगी इनको कभी,
इनको बेशकीमती मोती बना चली मैं |

दर्द क्या है इसका एहसास है मुझे,
टूटता दिल कैसा है ये जानती हूँ मैं |
जानती हूँ ये मेरा काम नहीं,
पर फिर भी मुस्कान की एक लेहर बिखेरने चली हूँ मैं  |

दुनिया में कितना गम है ये एहसास मैं करूँ,
मेरा गम कुछ भी नहीं उनके सामने, इस बात को समझूँ मैं |
दूसरों को मुस्कुराता देख अपना गम भूल चलूँ,
एक मुस्कान बस दे सकूँ, कोशिश ये आज करती हूँ मैं |

playing with every worries of life.

what’s next I don’t know now

I live for today as of now.

Hiding my sorrow behind my smile,

Closing the tears within my eyes.

Will not let the tears fall,

Will make it the precious pearl of all.

I know what pain is,

I know how it feels when the heart breaks.

I know it’s not for me to do,

Still, I would try to spread smile all my way through.

I realize how much sorrow is around,

My pain is nothing if compared, I found.

 I forget my pain, seeing others smile,

So all I want is now to spread some smile.
